Who is Neeraj Arora who resigned from Paytm's board?

Paytm on Monday announced its board member Neeraj Arora has resigned due to personal commitments. He had first joined Paytm's board in 2015 while serving as Global Business Head of WhatsApp. He however quit Paytm in 2018 after CEO Vijay Shekhar Sharma criticised WhatsApp UPI payments model. He rejoined Paytm's board as an additional director ahead of IPO in 2021.
