Pawan Jallad, who'll hang all four Nirbhaya gangrape case convicts on January 22, is a fourth-generation jallad (hangman) of Kallu Jallad. His original name is Sindhi Ram and lives in a one-room set house, allotted to him by the Meerut administration under the Kanshiram Awas Yojna, with his wife and seven children. He will get ₹1 lakh for the execution.
