Rajiv Dhankher, an Indian Railways Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer, has been appointed as the new Director of Projects and Planning for the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC). He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, and a Master of Technology degree from IIT, Delhi.
