Shiv Sena MP Ravindra Waikar, whose relative allegedly used a phone inside a counting centre on June 4, won from Mumbai North-West seat in Lok Sabha polls by 48 votes. Waikar was a three-time MLA from Jogeshwari East before becoming MP. Waikar served as a minister in both BJP-Shiv Sena and MVA governments. Waikar's relative was booked for using phone.
