Sam Altman is a serial entrepreneur and investor who co-founded OpenAI in 2015, alongside Elon Musk. A Stanford University dropout, Altman started his first company Loopt at the age of 19 and later sold it for $43.4 million. He served as President of startup accelerator Y Combinator from 2014 to 2019 and CEO of Reddit for eight days in 2014.
