Saurabh Luthra is the owner of Birch by Romeo Lane, where a massive fire killed 25 people and injured around 50 people. According to the nightclub's website, Luthra is a gold medalist software engineer and restaurateur and has won several awards. He also featured in Forbes India. His Goa nightclub hadn't abided by fire safety norms, Goa CM said.
