Shailesh Jejurikar is set to become the first Indian CEO in the history of Procter&Gamble's 187-year existence. Jejurikar, currently serving as the firm's COO, will take over the new role from January 2026. A native of Mumbai, he joined P&G in 1989 after completing his MBA from IIM Lucknow and has since held many different positions across the firm's businesses.
