Karnataka MLC Suraj Revanna, arrested for sexually assaulting a 27-year-old JD(S) worker, is rape-accused former JD(S) MP Prajwal Revanna's elder brother and grandson of ex-PM HD Deve Gowda. Union Minister HD Kumaraswamy is his uncle, while his father HD Revanna is an MLA. His mother Bhavani Revanna has also been accused of abducting one of Prajwal's alleged sexual abuse victims.
