Dr Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani, the richest candidate in the recently-concluded Lok Sabha polls, took oath as Union Minister on Sunday. Said to be worth ₹5,700 crore, the Guntur MP-elect completed his MBBS from Osmania University and his residency at Geisinger Medical Center in US' Pennsylvania. The 48-year-old is the Founder and CEO of UWorld, an online learning platform.
