Tinnu Yadav, arrested in the Ram Mandir donation theft case, was an autorickshaw driver in Ayodhya who became the personal driver of former Ram Mandir Trust's General Secretary, Champat Rai, after joining VHP. He amassed properties worth over ₹50 crore by embezzling gold, silver, and diamond offerings of devotees. Yadav claimed he had no role in counting or handling donations.
