As many as 10 newborn babies were killed when a fire broke out in NICU at Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College in Uttar Pradesh's Jhansi. A video has surfaced showing a man who also lost his newborn in the incident breaking down while speaking to media persons. He asked, "Who will return me my child?"
