Groww CEO Lalit Keshre was born in Madhya Pradesh's Lepa village. A farmer's son, Keshre studied engineering at IIT Bombay, specialising in Electrical Engineering (Microelectronics). He worked at Ittiam Systems (2004-2011) and then joined Flipkart in 2013. In May 2016, Keshre, along with his fellow ex-Flipkart colleagues started Groww. He has become a billionaire after Groww's stock market debut.
