Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal has reacted to RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat's call for Hindus to unitedly celebrate all the festivals and rise above caste divisions. Adding that Mohan Bhagwat's message on Vijayadashmi was to have friends among all kinds of people even though language and culture can be diverse, Sibal questioned, "Who is listening?"
