Yuvraj Goyal was a 28-year-old man from Punjab's Ludhiana who was shot dead in Canada's Surrey on Friday. Goyal, who was employed as a sales executive, migrated to Canada as a student in 2019 and had recently received the Canadian Permanent Resident (PR) status. Four people were arrested for his murder, which is being considered "targeted", officials said.
