Arvind Singh Mewar, descendant of Maharana Pratap, passed away on Sunday at the age of 81. He was the youngest son of Bhagwant Singh Mewar and Sushila Kumar and chairman of HRH group of hotels. He studied at Ajmer's Mayo College, and also played cricket. He made his debut in the Ranji Trophy tournament in December, 1961.
