Who was Chongtham Vikram Singh, Manipuri musician beaten to death in Delhi?

Chongtham Vikram Singh, the Manipuri musician, was beaten to death in Delhi by a group of eight men following a dispute over nuisance outside his residence. He had started out playing lead guitar in bands back in Manipur. He was originally from Thangmeiband Lourung Purel Leikai in Imphal West. His mother, Chongtham Ongbi Kamala Devi, is a well-known classical vocalist.
