Former BCCI President IS Bindra passed away on Sunday aged 84 in Delhi. He served as BCCI President from 1993 to 1996. He served as Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) chief from 1978 to 2014. Bindra was instrumental in 1987 World Cup being held in India. The PCA Stadium in Mohali was renamed the IS Bindra Stadium in his honour.
