AstraZeneca's Pascal Soriot was the highest-paid CEO among the bosses of UK's FTSE 100 companies in 2023, think tank High Pay Centre said. Soriot was paid £16.85 million, followed by RELX's Erik Engstrom (£13.64 million) and Rolls Royce's Tufan Erginbilgic (£13.61 million). The median FTSE 100 CEO pay reached an all-time high of £4.19 million in 2023.
