At the 69th SOBHA Filmfare Awards South 2024, Malayalam film '2018' won Best Film while 'Kaathal- The Core' secured Best Film (Critics'). Siddharth-starrer Tamil film 'Chithha' won seven awards including Best Film and Best Actor (Critics'). Rakshit Shetty won Best Actor (Kannada) for 'Sapta Sagaradaache Ello'. Nani and Keerthy Suresh won Best Actor and Best Actress (Telugu) for 'Dasara'.
