After some Opposition MPs were seen tearing the PM-CM removal Bills in Lok Sabha on Wednesday, TMC MP Kalyan Banerjee said he didn't do it. "But whoever did it, I salute him. This Bill is unconstitutional and undemocratic," he added. Ghosh further claimed, "All these ED and CBI cases are fake. The conviction rate of the ED is only 0.5%."
