Delhi businessman Navneet Kalra has been linked to alleged oxygen concentrator black marketing after around 100 oxygen concentrators were seized from Khan Chacha and Townhall restaurants owned by him. Kalra is said to be the owner of Nege Ju restaurant in Lodhi Colony, where 32 oxygen concentrators were found. He also owns Dayal Opticals and is reported to be absconding.
