Why can people see their breath in cold temperatures?

A one-minute video discusses the working of the human respiratory system in order to explain why people can see their breath in cold temperatures. The video states that besides containing oxygen and carbon dioxide, the exhaled air also contains water vapour. The warm water vapour thus reacts to the cold temperature by condensing to form fog.
