On a plea challenging the 2025 externment order against a leader of Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI), Bombay High Court Judge Madhav J Jamdar said, "The petitioner...just raised slogans like 'BJP government murdabad', 'Amit Shah murdabad'...Why can't citizens raise such slogans?" It's the same case in which the judge asked if the government wants to make citizens its slaves.
