US President Donald Trump thanked Pakistan during his address to the Congress for helping arrest a top ISIS terrorist responsible for killing 13 American service members and several others in the 2021 Abbey Gate bombing in Afghanistan. "And [the terrorist] is right now on his way here to face the swift sword of American justice," Trump said.
