Chandrayaan-3's Pragyan rover couldn't leave clear imprints of India's National Emblem and the ISRO logo on the Moon's surface despite having them embossed in its rear wheels, ISRO Chairman S Somanath confirmed to TOI. "The lunar soil is not acting dusty, but is lumpy," Somanath said. "Something is binding the soil, we need to study what's binding it," he added.
