Why do astronauts age slightly slower on Int'l Space Station?

Astronauts age slightly slower while they are on the International Space Station (ISS) as compared to when they are on Earth. European Space Agency (ESA) said this is so because of ISS' speed and time dilation due to special relativity. "After spending six months on ISS, astronauts have aged about 0.005 seconds less than the rest of us," ESA added.
