Latchkey incontinence is a term used to describe a situation wherein a person feels a sudden, strong urge to urinate the moment they enter their home or unlock the door, according to urologist Dr Emily Slopnick. She added that it is a type of "urge incontinence", which isn't a disease but is often a symptom of another bladder issue.
