Reacting on ED summons to Congress chief Sonia Gandhi, party leader Ghulam Nabi Azad on Wednesday said, "Why harass the poor woman?" He said, "In earlier times, when wars were fought, the ground rule was to not attack women and the sick." The Enforcement Directorate questioned Sonia in the National Herald case for the third day on Wednesday.
