Why has CJP's Abhijeet Dipke walked free while Saurav Das, Ashutosh Ranka remain in jail?

Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke was released on conditional bail because he was taken into custody even before he could join Friday's Tiranga march in Delhi, officials reportedly said. However, Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka remain in jail as they entered Jantar Mantar despite being told not to and allegedly violated bond that barred them from breaching peace.
