Why has MS Dhoni filed fraud case against his ex-business partners?

MS Dhoni filed fraud case against Mihir Diwakar and Soumya Vishwas of Aarka Sports Management, alleging they cheated him of ₹15 crore. They signed deal with Dhoni in 2017 to set up cricket academies in his name. Dhoni claimed they violated terms regarding franchise fee and profits, and they still set up academies despite him revoking their authority in 2021.
