CBSE hasn't released Class 10 board toppers' list as per their earlier decision to avoid unhealthy competition among students. The board also doesn't award first, second or third divisions to the students. However, the board will issue merit certificate to top 0.1% of students who have scored the highest marks in the subjects. Class 10 results were announced on Wednesday.
