Bank of Baroda has agreed to pay ₹5,700 crore to settle litigation over its alleged role in the collapse of UAE healthcare firm NMC Health. The lawsuits claimed that the bank contributed to the company's collapse after billions of dollars in undisclosed debt came to light. The settlement ends the dispute without any admission of wrongdoing by the bank.
