JPMorgan Chase is suing Charlie Javice, Founder of college financial aid platform Frank, bought by the bank for $175 million in 2021. The 30-year-old lied about the platform having over 4.25 million users and sold a business with 300,000 customers, JPMorgan claimed. Notably, Javice recently sued JPMorgan for terminating her employment "in bad faith", seeking to avoid $28 million payout.
