A US court has ordered TCS to pay $194-million in damages to DXC Technology for allegedly using its trade secrets to win a lucrative contract and develop its own software platform, BaNCS. The ruling comes after a legal battle between TCS and CSC, now part of DXC. CSC claimed that TCS gained unauthorised access after Transamerica employees moved to TCS.
