The 10-minute food delivery service Zepto Cafe is scaling back its operations due to supply chain issues and a shortage of trained staff for its kitchens, Economic Times reported. The startup reportedly closed 44 stores from where it operated the Cafe service in May. Moreover, sources claimed that Zepto has slowed the launch of its dark stores, or mini warehouses.
