Nvidia, which generated over $60 billion in revenue in 2025 largely from AI GPUs, is reportedly in talks to acquire Israel’s AI21 Labs. Founded in 2017, AI21 has raised $300-plus million and employs 250-300 AI experts. The deal would give Nvidia proprietary LLMs, top-tier talent, and a full-stack AI platform.
