TMC's Mahua Moitra said PM Narendra Modi should answer why government brought Bills for removal of PM, CMs and ministers on arrest for 30 days in the "dead of night". She said the Bill will be able to topple Opposition-ruled states without a trial. "Of your 240 MPs, 94 face criminal charges...in your cabinet, 28 ministers face cases," she said.
