Why should you not 'eat on the go'?

Eating on the go is bad for gut and digestion, a University of Washington Medicine gastroenterologist said, adding that doing so leads to bloating and sugar spikes. "When you eat slowly, you give your intestines a microburst of nutrients, which they process while waiting for next batch. It gives intestines time to break things down and process nutrients," he added.
