Veteran investor Mark Mobius is called the "Indiana Jones of emerging markets" because of his unusually adventurous, on-the-ground approach to investing in crisis-hit economies, just like the fictional explorer. Mark travelled to more than 100 countries across Asia, Eastern Europe and Latin America. He was a key institutional investor who identified India and Africa as promising frontier markets.
