South Korean police raided Starbucks Korea's headquarters over its "Tank Day" reusable cup promotional campaign. Critics claimed that the campaign insulted the victims of the 1980 Gwangju Uprising, which saw 165 people killed amid the military's violent suppression of pro-democracy demonstrators. Police will look into whether Starbucks planned the campaign with the intent to insult the victims.
