Wife can be denied interim maintenance if adultery is clearly established: SC

Supreme Court held that wife can be denied interim maintenance if her husband clearly establishes that she is living in adultery. It'd be wrong to hold that it was only at the stage of final adjudication that such a question could be decided, SC said. Section 125(4) bars a wife living in adultery from receiving interim/final maintenance from her husband.
