Delhi High Court said a wife pressurising her husband to cut ties with his family amounts to cruelty and upheld a family court order dissolving an estranged couple's marriage. The wife had filed a plea against family court's order. The most obvious act of cruelty was repeated threat and filing of police complaints by wife against her husband, it added.
