WikiLeaks has released a document exposing a corrupt arms deal between France and the UAE, the weapons of which are currently being used in the civil war in Yemen. The document details a legal dispute wherein a UAE businessman Abbas Ibrahim Yousef Al Yousef claimed that a French state-owned company did not pay him a 6.5% commission on the deal.
