An electronic engineer by education, Parag Bhatt found his calling in the wilderness. In 2023, his image of a tusker in Kenya, titled "The Gentle Giant of Amboseli," won the People's Vote Award in the reFocus Photography Awards. He speaks about his love for visual storytelling, the need for more conservation efforts and rising cases of human-wildlife conflict.
