US Presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy has said he'll travel to Moscow if he's elected President in 2024, saying he'll deliver "peace in Ukraine" by accepting Russian control over occupied Ukrainian territories. Ramaswamy also said he would block Ukraine from joining NATO in exchange for Russia exiting its military alliance with China. Ramaswamy is a frontrunner in Republican Presidential race.
