Madhya Pradesh Energy Minister Pradhuman Singh Tomar has vowed to remain barefoot till the condition of roads in Gwalior Assembly constituency gets improved. While inspecting roads in his constituency, the BJP leader apologised to people for poor roads. "When I walk barefoot, I'll feel the pain of pebbles and bad roads. I'll realise the trouble of the public," he added.
