Tariff reduction on cars under India-EU FTA only applies to completely built units, or CBUs. Brands like Mercedes, Audi and BMW, import cars in completely knocked down (CKD) state. For these brands, cars might not be cheaper by much, or at all. Cars which might see some price cuts are the ultra high-end offerings from Porsche, Lamborghini or Ferrari.
