Spain PM Pedro Sanchez said thousands of migrants breaking into Ceuta from Morocco by sea was "an attack on Spain's territorial integrity deserving condemnation". "We will expedite the repatriation of migrants who arrived irregularly. We will use all resources to guarantee security and coexistence," he added. Sanchez further said a "physical containment barrier" would be deployed in the sea.
