Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia condemned the terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir in which seven people lost their lives. He said, "Our government will give a befitting reply to those who think that an atmosphere of terrorism will be created in the country." The seven people were killed when terrorists opened fire at a construction site in J&K's Ganderbal district.
