Bharti Enterprises Chairman Sunil Mittal said he plans to "hand over the reigns to the next generation" in 10 years. He also revealed plans to increase Bharti Telecom's holding in Airtel to 51%. His remark on the succession plan comes a day after Bharti Airtel approved his reappointment as chairman of the board for a further term of five years.
